Building Community Connections

The Dover community supports our school district in many ways from monetary donations to helping to prevent hunger through various food programs.

Dover Rotary - The Rotary Club of Dover, NH, offers opportunities for members and those interested in making a difference — to get involved. Through meetings, social events, and volunteer projects, members learn about the issues facing our community and communities all over the world, partnering with local, national, and global experts to exchange ideas about potential solutions and to draw up action plans to respond. Along with these opportunities to serve, members also are able to regularly network, resulting in lifelong friendships and business connections.

S.O.A.R. – S.O.A.R. is an after-school program for students in grades 5-8 at Dover Middle School. The program is comprised of four main focuses: Social, Occupational, Academic and Recreational.

YMCA - The YMCA of the Strafford County offers a wide variety of exciting activities for kids, athletes, families, seniors, and everyone in between. We are a community with an everyday mission to helping our members achieve a balance of spirit, mind, and body. We do that by encouraging good health and fostering connections with new and old friends through sports, fun, and shared interests.
