Mission Statement
The mission of the ESOL program in Dover is to ensure that English language learners develop culturally and linguistically in order to become independent in academic, social and vocational situations. To accomplish this goal, students are immersed in all domains of the language: speaking, listening, reading and writing. In addition, we believe it is essential to support students and their families in adapting to and understanding the American culture as well as maintaining their unique cultural heritage.
